My experience to make this research proposal is very challenging. This is because I am the first semester student for this Master of Education.
Because I have no experience I need to read and understand good writing.
It is also difficult for me to find the appropriate title and to relate to education.
This is because I'm not working in fill education. Therefore I need to read more and find the appropriate title.
Many also I look for his final title looking for a title that relates to the use of electronic tools in this learning.

The technology
infrastructure has evolved. Dial-up internet, once an expensive luxury, has
been superseded by multiple generations of ever-faster connections, including
the current National Broadband Network. This has created new possibilities for
the use of rich-media in education, shifting the focus from (almost) exclusive
use of online text combined with offline media packages delivered via the post,
toward richer, integrated online learning materials with text, audio, imagery
and interactive learning objects (see, for example, Taylor, 1995; 2001; and
Aoki, 2012).Users’ access to technology has also improved. Advances in
computing and communications technology have given most Malaysians access to
multiple powerful computing devices including affordable desktop and laptop
computers, powerful yet mobile tablets, sophisticated mobile phones and, more
recently, wearable technology.
Smartphone has
rapidly become the preference device for most Malaysian to remain connected.
According to the survey, percentage of smartphone users continue to rise from
68.7% in 2016 to 75.9% in 2017. Driving factors include inexpensive devices,
subsidies, aggressive campaigns and promotions by service providers, affordable
voice-data packages, increasing use of and reliance on smartphones-based
applications etc. are among key factors contributed to the growth. The finding
is in line with report by Growth from Knowledge (GfK) Cooperation anticipating
strongest regional growth of smartphones demand in 2017, with Malaysia and
Bangladesh contributing most to this growth . On the other hand, the survey
revealed that feature phone users dropped by 22.0% from 53.0% in 2016 to 31.0%
in 2017.

Thesis planning .........
It's a little bit about the subject of research methodology
I take this course education is far beyond the work I do now
So I want to relate to Education with the admin job that I do for a little bit
So I plan a few things for what this subject needs to do
My headache felt broken when I thought of what title I was about to write.
With a bit of work, with a limited time it is difficult to manage and open a laptop to read the journal.
How to know God is easy from our reading that is the idea .
